Farm Practices

We feel strongly about a healthy environment and do everything in our power to support it. We are constantly reminded of the fine balance in nature when out in the flower field among the Bees, Ladybugs, Monarch Butterflies and Praying Mantis. To do our part we practice sustainable methods on our flower farm which means we do not use harmful pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. We work toward building healthy soil by using cover crops that add nutrients and prevent erosion. We also manage water wisely using drip irrigation and do our best to keep disease at bay. In the end we are able to harvest beautiful, healthy flowers for you that have been grown with a conscious attempt to avoid any damaging impacts to the earth.
